What is the status of my order? If you keep your Confirmation Email you can always check the status of your order by using the blue hyper link provided in the email. If you have deleted your Confirmation Email just fill out the form above and we would be happy to give you an updated status of your order.
How long will it take to get my merchandise? It usually takes 1-2 days to process an order. During the Holiday Season it can take up to 3-4 days. Then you need to account for UPS delivery time. This can range from 2-5 days depending on where your merchandise will ship from and where you are shipping to. Our products ship from many locations across the country. If you would like an estimated UPS shipping time please fill out the form above and let us know what product you are interest in and where it will be shipped to and we can give you an estimate as to how long your UPS delivery time will be.
Will I receive my UPS package on Saturday or Sunday? No, UPS does not deliver UPS Ground, Regular UPS 2nd Day Air or Regular UPS Next Day Air packages on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday delivery is only available for select locations and is very costly. We do NOT offer this service in our shipping options.
Will I get a tracking number for my order? Yes, you will get a tracking number emailed to you. This will go to the email address provided on your order. If you received your order confirmation you will get a tracking email. If you did not get your confirmation make sure we have the correct email address. We can update it for you if you fill out the form above.
