1. Applies only to delivery addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
2. Restrictions apply to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. A flat fee of $10.95 applies to all of these orders.

5. If any items on the order are not in stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available and can be shipped together.

7. Any package returned from UPS or USPS due to incorrect shipping information given by customer at time of purchase will incur a $10.95 fee to cover UPS charges for returning the package and then reshipping the package to the corrected address.
Flat Fee Ground Service
Ground orders that have all items in stock are generally delivered within 7-14 days depending on your delivery area and seasonal demands. Sports Fan Warehouse primarily uses UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for our shipping carriers.
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders are NOT guaranteed to ship the same day that they are placed. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air costs are calculated using UPS Real Time Rates plus a RUSH handling fee. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages will NOT be delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
Special Notice for Bedding Orders
Bedding orders are generally delivered within 2-3 WEEKS, directly from the manufacturer. UPS GROUND is the ONLY delivery service available for bedding orders. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and United States Postal Service delivery is NOT available on bedding orders.

We will gladly except a return / exchange on your merchandise provided that all merchandise is in its original packaging and is in no way damaged or used. In the case of apparel items, the item must have all original tags still attached and must not have been worn or washed. Any items that are returned that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee based on the condition of the merchandise.
Please contact Sports Fan Warehouse via e-mail at admin@sportsfanwarehouse.com for an RMA number. Please have your Order # ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return / exchange items. No returns / exchanges will be accepted by Sports Fan Warehouse without an RMA# clearly marked on the returned package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us and no refund / exchange will be issued until we have received the merchandise and validate its condition. Exchanges will also be charged a shipping fee to resend the new merchandise.
All refund / exchange merchandise must be received by Sports Fan Warehouse within 30 days of original delivery date. No refunds / exchanges will be allowed or issued on merchandise received after 30 days of original delivery date.
Refunds will only be for merchandise and will not include original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact Sports Fan Warehouse via e-mail at admin@sportsfanwarehouse.com or by phone within 10 days of receipt. If you do not contact Sports Fan Warehouse you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please keep all packaging materials until any and all claims are completed.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed or returned due to incorrect shipping information will be charged a 20% restocking fee and a return shipping charge. Original shipping will not be refunded. NOTE TO UPS 2ND DAY AIR and UPS NEXT DAY AIR CUSTOMERS: If you refuse a UPS 2ND DAY AIR or UPS NEXT DAY AIR package UPS returns the package using the same service that was used to deliver the package. This subsequent UPS 2ND DAY AIR or UPS NEXT DAY AIR return charge will be deducted from your refund.

Website Inventory Policy
Website inventory is updated at the end of every business day. The “Quantity in Stock” on items that appear “Available” has not taken into consideration the orders placed since the last time inventory was updated. Inventory totals may also be off due to other reasons as well (i.e. miscounts, returns, breakage, etc.).
