Flat Rate $7.95 shipping applies to all UPS Ground orders that total less than $75 of merchandise. Free shipping applies to UPS Ground orders with $75 or more in merchandise.
1. Applies only to delivery addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
2. Applies only to orders that are shipped via UPS Ground Service.
3. Applies only to orders shipped to a single U.S. address.
4. If any items on the order are not in stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available and can be shipped together.
5. If any items are returned that take your order below the required $75.00 for free shipping, the flat fee shipping rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
UPS Ground Service for NON Bedding Orders
UPS Ground orders that have all items in stock are generally delivered within 1-2 weeks depending on your delivery area and seasonal demands.
Special Notice for Bedding Orders
Bedding orders are generally delivered within 2-3 weeks, directly from the manufacturer. UPS GROUND is the ONLY delivery service available for bedding orders. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and United States Postal Service delivery is NOT available on bedding orders.
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service for NON Bedding Orders
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders are NOT guaranteed to ship the same day that they are placed. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air costs are calculated using UPS Real Time Rates plus a RUSH handling fee.
United States Postal Service for NON Bedding Orders
USPS - United States Postal Service will be used for all orders that require delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. A flat fee of $14.99 will be charged for all United States Postal Service shipments.

We will gladly except a return / exchange on your merchandise provided that all merchandise is in its original packaging and is in no way damaged or used. In the case of apparel items, the item must have all original tags still attached and must not have been washed, worn or be missing any tags. Any items that are returned that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee based on the condition of the merchandise.
Please contact Sports Fan Warehouse via e-mail (info@sportsfanwarehouse.com)or phone for an RMA number. Please have your Order # ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return / exchange items. No returns / exchanges will be accepted by Sports Fan Warehouse without an RMA# clearly marked on the returned package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us and no refund / exchange will be issued until we have received the merchandise and validate its condition. Exchanges will also be charged a shipping fee to resend the new merchandise.
All refund / exchange merchandise must be received by Sports Fan Warehouse within 60 days of original delivery date. No refunds / exchanges will be allowed or issued on merchandise received after 60 days of original delivery date.
Refunds will only be for merchandise and will not include original shipping costs. If any items are returned that take your order below the required $75.00 for free shipping, the flat fee shipping rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement. Please contact Sports Fan Warehouse via e-mail or phone within 10 days of receipt for an RMA number. Please have your invoice ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return items for replacement.

Website Inventory Policy
Website inventory is updated at the end of every business day. The “Quantity in Stock” on items that appear “Available” has not taken into consideration the orders placed since the last time inventory was updated. Inventory totals may also be off due to other reasons as well (i.e. miscounts, returns, breakage, etc.). If your order can not be fulfilled as placed, you will receive an e-mail stating the items that are currently out of stock with an estimated date as to when we expect to be able to complete your order.
